Focus-help implement our school's improvement plans. Our monthly meetings allowed us to meet as professionals and use data to help our studentsl. - Data driven Instruction
Focus-using pre assessment data to drive my instruction. This data is used to dissaggregate my students into ability groups. Use data collection such as benchmark assessments, unit tests, and summative assessments to dissagregate my students into ability groups. - Professional Learning Community (PLC)
Focus-meeting with the members of my grade level to review our school improvement goals, focus of data, and meet the needs of our bottom 30% of students. - Formative Assessment
Focus-use of formative assessment training allows me to gauge how well my students are understanding and if they are missing any concepts. - iPad application
Focus-I use iPad applications that have reports for data. I use these applications for interventions as well as a tool to push my high students.

- Compass Learning
Focus-we used Compass Learning (on-line program) to guide our Response to Intervention program. As a trainer I was able to teach other teachers how to use the digital curriculum as well as the reports to guide instruction. - Reponse to Intervention (RtI)
Focus-3 tiered system to prevent students from entering the special education section and help teachers provide teaching strategies to catch their lower students up to their general population. Member of the team to create RtI goals and processes to create a successful program. - Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
Focus-3 tiered behavior system to help all students focus their behavior stay positive so that they may spend their focus on their academics. Member of the team to create the PBIS activities and data monitoring systems. - Social Studies Curriculum Review Team (2008-2013)
Focus-as an ISD we came together multiple times a year to keep up on current Social Studies events, curriculum changes, and ISD curriculum descisions of what the entire ISD would teach.
